RULES
THESE ARE THE GENERAL RULES, READ THESE AND WE CAN BE FRIENDLY LIKE
________________________________________________________
GENERAL
001. Respect everyone, no fighting whatsoever is tolerated.
002. One account per person, I don’t care how many characters you have just keep them all on one account.
003. Stay active, your account may and probably will be deleted if you don’t.
004. You can edit your accuont names on here so I don’t want to see any horseluvr123’s on here!
005. There are forms for certain areas of the board, USE THEM.
006. Do not stretch the board with images, any images found stretching the board will be removed promptly and without warning.
007. Signatures should not exceed over 500 pixels in height and should not stretch the board in width (like above a signature found violating this rule will be removed promptly and without warning).
008. Four months equal one year. January, May and September are our Summer months. February, June and October are our Fall months. March, July, and November are our Winter months. April, August, and December are our Spring months.
NEW/UPDATED! 009. A couple things have come to my attention of images being used without the owners permission. If you look for images on DeviantArt you need to go through "Resources & Stock Images" under the category to the left of the screen when you're on the homepage. You also need to pay attention to any rules a stock supplier may have. If you look for stock on Flickr they need to make sure it is listed under a Creative Commons License (and check what the different licensing types permit). Any member found using an illegal image will receive a warning and can even be banned from the board for a while.
POSTING
001. We are a liquid time rpg, which means you can be in more than one topic at a time with each character (just don’t take on more topics then you can handle!).
002. In character posts must be at least 150 words.
003. Do not harass other members to post, we all have a real life and sometimes we can’t post quickly.
HORSES
001. Anyone can board their horses at the school, students is all expense paid, but non-students must pay $350 a month per horse for boarding.
002. Your characters can own as many horses as you can handle them to have.
003. There are 3 ways to obtain horses, 1 - buy them at the store, 2 - purchase them at the auction (if there is any up for auction of course), or 3 - win them in contests.
004. No 3 year old top notch eventers! Be reaBlockquoteic when creating your horses biography as far as age and their training goes, I don‘t want to see any championship show jumpers that are barely even 3 years old.
005. 25 is the age of retirement for the horses on here, they can still be ridden just not in shows.
SHOWING
001. Pregnant mares cannot participate in shows.
002. Horses must be between 3-24 years of age to participate in shows UNLESS it is a halter class or a class pacifically for a certain age group.[/color]
003. There is a form to use when entering shows, USE IT.
004. Everyone is able to create shows. Regular members can create 1 show a month. Staff Members can create up to 2 shows a month.
005. Unfinished show entries (a show post that never got completed) are considered disqualifications and the entry will be ignored and the member who entered the entry will not receive any points for themselves or their horse.
006. Regular member shows: first place receives 100 points. Second place receives 50 points. Third place receives 25 points. Everyone else receives 5 points for entering.
007. Staff member shows: first place receives 200 points. Second place receives 150 points. Third place receives 100 points. Everyone else receives 10 points for entering.
008. Whoever creates the show judges it.
009. The judge has 1 week to judge the show, if they do not judge the show within a week the show will go up for grabs for anyone who is NOT entered in the show to judge and there will be no entry fee taken from any of the contestants and the creator of the show will receive no money for hosting the show (so it’ll be more like getting free points).
010. Once a show goes up for grabs for anyone who is NOT entered in the show to judge the member who judges it will receive 200 Horsemanship Points for stepping in and judging the show themselves.
011. You cannot enter a show until you have a show of your own created (this helps keep the circle of shows going so there is always a show to enter for everyone).
OTHER
001. Check the rules page often to check for updated or new rules.
002. HAVE FUN!
